Gwyl Y Fflam
Gwyl Y Fflam was establish in Corwen to celebrate of the Welsh Middle Ages with particular emphasis on the local hero, Owain Glyndwr and the 'Age of Welsh Princes'. The medieval festival takes you back in time to another era shows you what daily life was like in the Middle Ages in Wales. It is hold in Corwen Town best known for its connections with Owain Glyndŵr, who was proclaimed Prince of Wales on 16 September 1400 by his supporters, from his nearby manor of Glyndyfrdwy, which began his fourteen-year rebellion against English rule.
